ALLIANCE PLANT
ALLIANCE PLANT

It was in Alliance, Ohio where MAC Trailer was founded in 1993 as a wreck and repair facility, where the first new dump trailer was built in 1994 to meet the rigorous demands of the coal fields in Kentucky and West Virginia and remains home to the Corporate Offices and manufacturing of the dump, transfer and steel trailer lineup. The Alliance campus of 54 acres and 300,000 square feet further includes MAC Aftermarket Parts, MAC Service Department and MBR Used Trailer Sales.

Whether your haul requires a steel end dump, aluminum end dump or a transfer trailer, after your specification has been finalized, a bill of materials is developed and an engineering package formalized. Each designed trailer is then manufactured along a dedicated production line whereby various sub-assemblies of the side walls, gates, suspensions, landing gear and couplers are timed to marry with the trailer at various stations along the build process, all of which are intricately timed and coordinated to have the finished trailer ultimately roll out the door at the end of

the line, unique to your set of specifications, regardless of sheet & post or smooth side construction, axle configurations, gate options, lighting, or size. When completed, every trailer goes through the MAC Certified Quality Assurance Inspection before the final stamp of approval is placed upon your trailer.

With a mission of always proividing a level of added value that exceeds expectations, the MAC Team is focused on selling, designing, engineering and manufacturing each dump or transfer trailer with an attention to detail as if we were purchasing it ourselves. With that objective in mind, the Company is committed to reinvesting to ensure the engineering is modeled with the lastest of software technology (Solid Edge Modeling - FEA - Finite Element Analysis - Ansys Software), manufacturing has state of the art jigs and fixtures that follow a work efficient flow and the trailer is built to meet the high standards that have become associated with owning a MAC Trailer.

We welcome you to visit the MAC facilities, discuss your trailer needs, tour the plants and experience first hand – the MAC difference.
